Architectural Designs
Once the Architectural project is confirmed the design will comprise different
stages such as conceptual diagrams in sketch forms, developing sketches for
the approval from the Municipal Council, Board of Investment (BOI), fire
department, electricity board and other drawings for relevant Authorities.
Further A set of working drawings for foundation details, roof details, electrical
details, electrical layout details, floor and ceiling details would be provided.
Interior and Landscaping designs and details would be provided for the above
services. Architectural supervision is offered with the progress of the building
construction. This will be supervised in stages.
