All necessary engineering services will be provided by us for the entire
project. This will include structural water and sewerage, electrical, fire
and A/C etc. Engineering drawings will include drawings for pile foundations,
beams, slabs, columns, drainage systems, water tanks, swimming pools, roof
structures etc. Services of duly qualified structural and electrical engineers
shall be obtained for the said services.
Services of a duly qualified Structural Engineer would be obtained for water
and sewerage engineering designs. Electrical Engineer will be engaged for
electrical detail drawings with all specifications inclusive of air conditioning,
security systems, satellite antennas, telephone systems etc.
