Services of a team of experienced lawyers will be engaged in all legal matters with regard to any project undertaken by us. All legal services in relation to projects for a period of three years from the commencement will be offered for all investment projects. Legal services will include approving the title deeds, registering deeds at the land registry, responsibility of all legal matters involving in the project/ writing agreements on behalf of the project with all professionals, contractors, suppliers, etc, writing and checking contracts, negotiating with banks, advising and inspection of insurance policies, drafting and executing all sales agreements and transfer deeds with regard to the sale of investment projects.
