Under the project management, the entire projects will be managed and supervised by DNW Associates, from the inception until project completion. This will further include inspecting all quantities involved at site (according to the BOQ) with the project cost for the given duration.
Other duties would be to examine all bills, contractors’ monthly bills, quality of materials bought to the site, ordering of materials such as air conditioning, fire equipments, generators etc. Clerical work needed for the above project and preparation of timely projects, conducting regular meetings with the clients, other professionals and suppliers during the progress of construction. This will also cover obtaining new lines of water, electricity, telephones etc.
